The Village Jazz Band has been entertaining residents of the Washington, D.C. metro region since 1982, performing the New Orleans style music associated with jazz greats like Louis Armstrong, King Oliver, Jelly Roll Morton, Bix Beiderbecke, Fats Waller, and many others.
